to Contract with The Federal Market Group/The Federal
Market Institute Under GSA MOBIS Schedule GS-10F-0186J
Agencies wishing to contract with The Federal
Market Group (FMG), for services under the General Services
Administration's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services
(MOBIS) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Number GS-10F-0186J
have the option of placing individual Task Orders under
the FSS Contract or establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement
(BPA) with The Federal Market Group, under the FSS Contract.
MOBIS is a Pre-Competed Contract. Purchase/Task
Orders up to and over $25,000 may be placed against the
GSA MOBIS Schedule without publication in the Commerce
Business Daily.
Placing a Purchase/Task Order for
Training Courses (CLIN 874-4) listed under the MOBIS
Schedule:

Contact FMG for course date(s) availability and
pricing. |
| B.
Initiate an Agency Purchase Request/Task Order
for services to be provided by FMG, under MOBIS. |

Specify Course Name, |
| |

Specify Course Location: |
| |

a.
Contractor Location, or |
| |
|
b.
Government Location (Provide Specific Site). |
| |
3.
Specify Course Date(s) – Course dates must
be arranged prior to acceptance of the task order. |
| |
4.
Specify the number of students that will attend
(minimum price covers 20 students, additional
students are accommodated on a fixed fee per
student basis up to a total of 30 students). |

5.
Total Cost per Course (course pricing is set
under the MOBIS schedule) |
| |
6.
Provide the Agency Point of Contacts for: |
| |
|
a.
Purchase Order/Task Order, and |
| |
|
b.
Course Administration. |
| |
7.
Provide a copy of the approved Agency purchase/task
order to GBS. |
Placing a Purchase/Task
Order for Consulting, Facilitation, and Privatization
Services, (CLINS 874-1, 874-2, & 874-6) under the MOBIS
Schedule
| A.
Provide The Federal Market Group (FMG) with a
Statement of Work (SOW) or Task Request for review. |
| B.
The Federal Market Group will prepare a Work
Breakdown Structure (WBS) showing the services
and deliverables that are proposed to support
the Agency's SOW. FMG will propose a firm fixed-price
for the services and deliverables shown in the
WBS. |
| C.
Initiate an Agency Purchase Request/Task Order
for services to be provided by FMG, under MOBIS. |

1.
Provide the SOW, and WBS for incorporation into
the Purchase/Task Order. |
| |
2.
Provide the fixed-price for services. |
| |
3.
Provide the Agency Point of Contacts for: |
| |
|
a.
Purchase Order/Task Order, and |
| |
|
b.
Course Administration. |
| |
4.
Provide a copy of the approved Agency purchase/task
order to FMG. |
Special Agency Training Courses not under the MOBIS Schedule (CLIN 874-4)
may be developed for an Agency under CLIN 874-1, Consulting Service.
Blanket Purchase Agreements:
The Federal Market Group encourages the development
of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with participating
Agencies.
Establishment of a BPA with The Federal Market
Group can reduce the administrative burden and cost of
placing and executing task orders for an Agency.
Government Credit Card Purchases:
a.
Accepted for all orders.
b. Written Task Order/Statement of Work
required from the buying agency.
